I'm a senior content designer with 12+ years of work across financial services, conversational AI, and regulated digital products. Over the past two years I've focused on content systems and governance work in regulated environments—design system migrations, terminology decisions across complex flows, and the content infrastructure that lets teams scale without losing rigour.
I also build tools. Copy Auditor, a Figma plugin that audits UX copy against any chosen style guide with AI fallback to a human-approved library, is in development.
